Currently, the Collegiate Training Initiative (CTI) Program is one of the ways to become an FAA ATCS without prior military experience. As the need for qualified controller candidates continues to increase, so will the amount of people needed to fill those positions. The 13 schools that offer the CTI Program are listed on the, "CTI Schools" tab at left. If you are interested in becoming a controller, this would be the ideal place to begin.
